What causes stress to my hubby whenever we go to the gym is the copious amounts of his wait time as I shower.
Thats why I decided yesterday to spend about 30 minutes max at the cardio room and about 15 mins at the shower.
I haven’t really maximixed the benefits of burst training so I let it all out yesterday by maxing out with up to 5 incline while running.
