I declare JULY as stairmaster training Month

Why?

declaring this July as stairmaster month!

1. 20 minutes x 3 for the first week at slow pace
2. 20 minutes x 4 a level faster on the second week
3. 25 minutes x 4 on the third week
4. 25 minutes x 4 on the fourth

that, not excluding the bike interval 5 x a week
