Triceps day 62nd day

You know how youve worked your triceps when good when you can barely raise your arm.
And thats what I did!
10 lbs 2 angle triceps kickback x 15 reps
10 lbs slow shoulder press x 15 reps

Do it about 8 freakin times and Im beat
