I think i already mentioned my not quite excitement on doing any p90x routines, but my goal this morning is to shoot two birds with one stone: 1. watch a horror flick and bond with my sister and 2. work out
And so I did!
So yeah it was a success.
Plus I was very mindful of not hurting my lower back still. Daym i miss my cardio.
one of the best feelings for me is that exhilaration of finishing an exercise before lunchtime.
