I did about 75% effort on this one
Crappy food though and did a lot of resting before the workout. But nailed it as always 30 mins of your life, on a monday!
im om my third week of ,max 30, but has maxed to jus about 7 workouts to date. My knees started to not cooperate again so I Stop if I feel the need to not jump.
