Day 16 of 90 project wedding gown


Its always great to start the week with excellent workouts. that, despite being immensely sore from asylum slow training yesterday.

Insanity max 30 cardio challenge
I did about 75% effort on this one
Crappy food though and did a lot of  resting before the workout. But nailed it as always 30 mins of your life, on a monday!

im om my third week of ,max 30, but has maxed to jus about 7 workouts to date. My knees started to not cooperate again so I Stop if I feel the need to not jump.
