So i tried to redeem myself by creating the most moist chocolate mud cake that I popped in the oven at 225 then lowered to 175 baking for almost an hour.
2 cups muscovado sugar

Chocolate semisweet and bittersweet
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 cups flour (half was whole wheat pastry flour)
