Banana carrot and peanut chocolate muffins
2 cups oat flour
2 scoops chocolate whey protein
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Handful of peanuts
1 cup coconut oil
3 over overripe bananas
1 medium carrots
Bake for 15 minutes.
Fairly easy to bake since it’s oatmeal flour only.
Combine dry, sift in wet mixed batter
Sidenote: I don’t like that red cupcake liner though
