Day 3 no exercise

My goal is to become a muscular baker.
Thats an amazing plan isnt it?
I do not intend to refrain from eating sweets,Provided that I made them.
Definitely no more dessert bingeing during times that I had to cover and shoot events.
Thats one of the insane things that got me in absolute bad shape the past month.

Plus i was never aware of my carb intake. I really need to dial down my carbs.


I completely ignored a whole array of sweets at the event i covered this afternoon.
