I never trained my ass to briskwalk or
Run i long distances.
Thats gonna be my training for the second quarter of the year,
I am holding myself accountable and committed to gain endurance from briskwalking and semi running.
And of course never taking for granted my regular dates with my dumbells.
Lifting heavy I’ve noticed has made great improvement on my upper body.
These combination truly kills the fat!!
