I’m back and very grateful to be able to exercise my favorite 25 minute DVD series again. My lower back pain is virtually gone after resting for several days and opting for just light weight training.
Starting April on an active note, I finished my stuff in the afternoon when it was scorching. Contrary to a lot of people whining about the heat, (since summer season has officially begun in the third world) I embrace it provided that I get to rest a lot before doing the high intensity exercise.
Hoping everyone who gets to read this also enjoy the climate in their respective countries 🙂
While doing this TOUGH SERIES, I didn’t even feel a single pang as I do my exercise.
