Three months under T25,I’ve noticed increased strength and ease with the tough and insane moves.

That, despite my seemingly slow progress  in losing everything, I’ve already accepted the fact that nutrition is another key to amazing weight loss, which I haven’t given much attention to, which is a little disheartening.

Instead of whining, I am more motivated to focus on eating clean as much as I can, and not beat myself up when I can’t.

I  also shall focus more on increasing my endurance and good form. Instead of noticing the slow progress, I am motivated with the fact that slow progress is good than quick short cuts.

Also it is very interesting to notice that  I am seeing a few abdominal cuts hiding in my belly, and the increased strength and good form when I do a burpee.
