moving to beta phase

I guess the fitness mantra i need to live by for march is eat clean. And train even harder.
Especially now that I moved to the beta phase of t25.
I must admit Despite training hard, i was guilty of eating a lot of crappy food. So i guess I need to move on to eating clean.
And seriously pull it off and ignore the tempting foods around.
