Inches didnt budge.

Starting my sunday today, I’ve never felt this pain after doing curtsy lunges and deadlifts. But its a good combination to work lower body and follow T25 stretch.

The previous week was a little strange, my birthday flew by so damn fast and Despite the workouts, the inches didnt budge, so that was an immediate concern for me.

Then after checking my list of food intake I always have carbs.
carbs every single day.
Good lord
I need to straighten up, dammit.
