so I decided a rest day is appropriate
I never expected cross jacks could be hell.
But The beauty of this dvd, I noticed is how shaun t hammered during the entire workout about how to maximise focusing on the steps because it’s short. So i had more opportunity to really savor each move and push myself, compared to insanity which was tedious the entire time.
