I just got home with no breakfast yet at 11am

But i had to restrain after seeing this bad boy:

This is a very yummy filipino staple during parties— a sweet rice cake made from coconut milk, refined sugar and grated rice and more desiccated coconut.
Sounds healthy compared to plain processed wheat and sugar right?

I don’t know how to justify but its just to damn unhealthy and you can simply have one small bite.

So I have to say no.

Typically when we’re hungry we end up bingeing, so just pause for a while and think.

Which was completely the opposite of what I did yesterday.
