I workout because:

1. I don’t want to be sick

2. For my heart to be stronger

3. So I can have more strength

4. So i can sweat less

5. For my days to be longer so I don’t get tired easily

6. Oh and yeah My clothes are getting loser!!


Its incredible when you mindset the countless benefits of working out instead of just the exterior, doncha think?
