Since I’m an advocate of supporting local coffee and openly bash about expensive un-“fair trade” designer coffees, it’s fairly easy not to be slave to imported overrated joes.
My wonderful neighbor who hails from the beautiful coffee bean province of batangas gave us a a lot of coffee to brew! How amazing is that?
