There are countless reasons why I love working out on a morning.
I made the most or it on a sunday since during the weekday I wake up at 1am.
Here are mine:
1. Imagine all the productive things you can do in the afternoon once youre done with exercise!
2. Working out on an empty stomach also helps burn fat, according to
Dr. mercola. I better do this often!
3.You’d burn more calories during the day.
4. That feeling of already accomplishing this amazing thing so early is just for me, priceless.
