Specify a goal each week

1. Omit the sugary snacks in between.
– through the months, I’ve adapted this insane lifestyle of eating sugary snacks in between, whether eating a small probiotic drink of a native Pinoy snack which packs processed sugar and carbs.
In the course of several months, I became subjected to tactless remarks of how i look chubbier than usual.
So fuck that, i will hold myself accountable for all the shit I eat.
