Waking up before 9, I took advantage of the house downstairs:

1. (Arms) the firm upper body arms (40 minute)

2. (HIIT) Chalene’s turbofire 20 high intensity interval training

Yaay! What a great way to start monday! Good vibes and healthy last week of August yay!
