battling this nasty gout-esque shizz

two weeks.
I have several options but I don’t seriously want to get any form of medications.
so far Its never gotten worse similar to las, last saturday when I cant even fold my left knee.

For the most part, I can freely walk without limping, but climbing downstairs is still an issue.
and prolonged periods of kneeling.

anyway I havent done a thing except drink ACV and lemon in the morning, which is traumatic.
But I’d be ok.
I exploring the options of juicing again, but not juice fast!
