I was debating whether to make beef fried cakes but then i felt the amazing broth will go to waste if i didnt use it.
So i whipped and sliced up a huge carrot, bell pepper and 1 cup of grass fed organic beef and several tomatoes.
An hour later and after probably 4 cups of beed broth, i got this.
Love the rich taste of the broth! The broth alone can be served as soup!
