maximizing sleep

So one of the health topics discussed over this morning was the importance of maximizing sleep.
This hits close to home.
In my second job for the other morning show, we writers are required to clock in at one in the morning.
I fail at that miserably and typically come to work at 2am.
What to do?
I practice several things
1. I snatch naps whenever I can, especially if I have shoots for my original morning show
2. I try not to drink coffee in the afternoon
3. I use an eye covering when I nap. So as to attract melatonin.
4. Exercise! Yes!
5. Vegetable juice and superfood
