Baking modified lowcarb style

yay for healthy cookies

1 cup wheat (dr. William davis will not approve)
1 1/2 cup cassava flour
1/2 coconut oil
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp seasalt
1 tbsp baking soda
2 eggs

Combine all dry
Add the wet
Mix with electric mixer
Don’t overbake
